Growth Mode is an AI product studio based in Oxfordshire, UK. We build AI-powered products, automation systems, and growth programmes for B2B companies.

2. WHAT DATA WE COLLECT

We only collect personal data that you actively provide to us. This includes:

  • Contact form submissions: your name, email address, company name (optional), and project brief
  • Email correspondence: any information you share when emailing us directly at hello@growthmode.agency

We do not collect any data automatically beyond what is recorded in standard server logs (IP addresses, browser type, pages visited) via our hosting provider (Vercel). We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising purposes. We do not use analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA

We use the personal data you provide solely to:

  • Respond to your project enquiry or message
  • Assess whether we can help with your project
  • Communicate with you about a potential or active engagement

We will never use your data for unsolicited marketing, sell it to third parties, or share it with any party except as described in Section 5 below.

4. LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING

Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases for processing your personal data:

  • Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)): responding to a business enquiry you have initiated. We have assessed that our legitimate interest in responding to your enquiry does not override your rights and interests.
  • Contract (Article 6(1)(b)): where we enter into a client engagement, processing your contact details is necessary to perform the contract or to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.

5. WHO WE SHARE YOUR DATA WITH

We use a small number of third-party services to operate this website. Your data may pass through:

  • Vercel Inc. — our website hosting provider. Server request logs are retained in accordance with Vercel's standard data processing terms.
  • Resend Inc. — the email delivery service used to route contact form submissions to our inbox. Data is transmitted securely and used solely for delivery. Resend is compliant with GDPR and processes data in accordance with their data processing agreement.

We do not share your personal data with any other third parties. We do not use CRM software, marketing automation platforms, or advertising networks that would receive your data.

6. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Enquiries that do not proceed to a project: we delete correspondence after 12 months if no engagement follows.
  • Active client engagements: we retain project-related communications for 6 years following the end of an engagement, in line with UK statutory limitation periods.
  • Email inbox: messages are managed in line with our standard email retention practices.

You may request deletion of your data at any time — see Section 7.

7. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER UK GDPR

As a data subject, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: you may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Right to rectification: you may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Right to erasure: you may ask us to delete your personal data, subject to any legal obligations to retain it.
  • Right to restrict processing: you may ask us to pause processing of your data in certain circumstances.
  • Right to object: you may object to processing based on legitimate interests.
  • Right to data portability: where processing is based on consent or contract, you may request your data in a machine-readable format.

8. COOKIES

This website does not use cookies for analytics, advertising, or tracking purposes. The only cookies that may be set are strictly necessary technical cookies from our hosting provider (Vercel) required for the website to function, such as security and load-balancing cookies. These do not require your consent under UK PECR.

9. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS

Our hosting provider (Vercel) and email delivery service (Resend) are US-based companies. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. Both Vercel and Resend participate in UK-approved data transfer frameworks and maintain standard contractual clauses compliant with UK adequacy requirements.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
